What is ADSL?
ADSL is an "always on" internet connection. There are no telephone costs to dial up to the internet, you pay a fee per month and you have permanent connectivity.

What do I need for ADSL connectivity?
You will need a non prepaid Telkom line for ADSL. The line will need to be converted to an ADSL line by telkom. We are able to handle the application for you. Next, you will need an ADSL modem which can be purchased at any computer shop. And last but not least, you will need a dial-up account, which is where we come into the story. This entire process will be managed by us so fear not, help is here.

What are the costs involved?
Well, simply speaking, your costs will be broken down as follows:

Description Costs
ADSL Line - 384kbps R152.00 per month
ADSL Line - 512kbps R326.00 per month
ADSL Line - upto 4096kbps R413.00 per month
ADSL Modem R499.00 approximately
ADSL dialup account (Shaped) R85.00 per GB

What you will need out of this menu is one adsl line, one dialup modem and a dialup account. depending on the speed you require, your pricing will vary. All our adsl accounts are prepaid. This means that you will not lose the bandwidth you purchase. You dont need to pay for your dial up account on a monthly basis as you may not have used your accounts purchased bandwidth completely. You can top up when you need it!
